Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-07
1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thepetinfluencermastercourse.com (the "Site") and the online course product known as The Pet Influencer Mastercourse (the "Course"). The Site and the Course are operated by Denisse Coquet Varela, autónoma in Spain (NIF ES60449607H), Apartado de Correos 40142, 28007 Madrid.
By visiting the Site, registering for our free webinar, or purchasing the Course, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country) to purchase the Course. By purchasing, you represent that the information you provide is true and that you are using the Course for personal or business educational purposes only.
3. The Course and pricing
The Course is delivered as a self-paced online program hosted on Podia. It includes pre-recorded lessons, downloadable resources, optional community access, and (depending on the tier you choose) one or more live coaching calls.
Pricing is displayed at checkout in US dollars. Tiers, content, and bonuses may change between cohorts. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; we do not apply hidden fees. Applicable EU VAT is calculated and remitted by Podia under the One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme on B2C sales to EU residents.
4. Payment
Payment is processed by Podia using Stripe and PayPal as payment service providers. We do not see or store your full payment-card number. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge for the price plus applicable taxes. If a payment fails or is reversed (chargeback), your access to the Course may be suspended pending resolution.
5. Course access and license
Upon successful payment we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Course materials for your personal or single-business use. Access is provided for the duration stated on your tier's product page (typically lifetime access to the cohort you purchased into, plus future updates to the same Course).
You may not:
- Share your login with anyone outside your household or business.
- Download, screen-record, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish any portion of the Course materials.
- Use the Course or any of its materials to build a competing course or training program.
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
6. Free webinar
The free webinar is provided as a marketing promotion. Attendance is not required to purchase the Course. We may record the live session and make a replay available for a limited time. The webinar may include a sales presentation for the Course.
7. Refunds and the EU 14-day cooling-off period
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) as detailed in our Refund Policy. Important: because the Course is digital content delivered immediately, by accessing more than the first module you expressly waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the Directive. See the Refund Policy for the full process.
8. No income guarantee · Earnings disclaimer
We do not guarantee that you will earn any income, attract sponsorships, or grow any audience as a result of taking this Course. Any examples, case studies, screenshots, or testimonials shown on the Site or inside the Course reflect the results of specific individuals, are not typical, and do not represent a promise or guarantee of any outcome.
Your results depend on many factors outside of our control, including (but not limited to): your existing audience, niche, content quality, time invested, market conditions, and individual effort. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the Course provides educational information only and that you are solely responsible for any business or financial decisions you make based on it.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site or the Course to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right (including animal welfare regulations).
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other students or staff in the community area.
- Promote misleading, harmful, or fraudulent content.
- Send spam, malware, or scraping bots to the Site.
- Encourage practices that put pets in distress for the sake of content.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Site and inside the Course — including text, video, images, audio, code, branding, logos, course curriculum, and design — is the property of Denisse Coquet Varela or used under license, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. The license granted in Section 5 does not transfer ownership.
If you submit content (testimonials, reviews, community posts, questions), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with marketing the Course, with attribution to your handle or first name.
11. Third-party services
The Site and Course rely on third-party platforms (Podia for hosting and checkout, Stripe and PayPal for payments, Cloudflare for delivery, Meta and Google for advertising and analytics). We are not responsible for outages, errors, or terms changes of these platforms, but we will work to communicate impact promptly.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site and the Course are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the Course is limited to the amount you paid for the Course in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish or EU consumer law.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Course if you breach these Terms (Section 5 violations, fraudulent payment, abuse of the community). In such cases no refund is due. You may stop using the Site at any time. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Madrid have exclusive jurisdiction, except that EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence and to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
